Our Cinnamon and Spice Biscuit Mix is easy to make, and most of all “more-ish” with how good it tastes.It is also Wheat Free.

This traditional sweet, spiced biscuit flavour is a delightful blend of many dessert spices. The organic ingredients include: maize flour, buckwheat flour, rice flour, sugar, almonds, sunflower seeds, salt spice.

How to make the Cinnamon and Spice Biscuits:

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  • Mix the contents of the packet with 1 egg, 60g butter and 65ml cold water.
  • This recipe is best if you knead it like dough once all ingredients are combined and roll it out like a thin pastry then cut out biscuits.
  • The taste is best as a thin biscuit rather than a thick cookie. Or you can form the dough into small balls and place on an oiled baking tray. Then press with a fork and bake at 170c for 20 minutes.

This recipe will produce 50 x 12-15g biscuits - enough to share with your loved one!
